Hi all, Well I have temporarily escaped the cold Melbourne winter, and have travelled to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (work - not holiday). Awesome photos as per always Topgunner! WOW - SKI JUMP! Had no idea these still existed in OZ,,,takes me back 30 years,,,hell I'm showing my age! Ski Jump was a staple ride around carnivals / fetes / shows in the 70s / 80s...thought they would all have been at Sims Metal for scrap by now. Good on ya...

As Huss had said earlier, the flume was in a pretty crap position, but still seemed to be doing reasonable business with families (parents and kids). I think with the Kids zone closeby and designated Drumstick Family carnival area, a lot of people / families were being drawn to it - gotta say it's v...

Thanks Zamperla - I have been looking for years of shots of the Big Dipper with little luck - one of my life's biggest regrets I never rode it! These photos really give an insight into how the track was positioned at the park, and how "magic" the park used to be,,,,,
