Ended up attending on Thursday with some of the extended family.Last Melbourne show for me was in the late 80's...so it was pretty shocking to see how much the midway has decreased in size.Started to piss down with rain after our first ride..so we were in the food court for a good half hour..sun cam...

That Hurricane cycle is unlike any I've experienced...a second bout of bouncing?,damn,I wish they were all operated like that.

In my opinion..it's now the best Hurricane in Australia,ha ha..dare I say it again..SEXY!..ha ha.

Disturbing?..hell no,just adrenaline pumping,eye watering FUN!..ha ha.

I assume it's Pinks Crazy Cars?,if so it's a new,very swanky and elaborate dodgem track (well,thats the impression I got from Space Roller Freak's pics from Ballarat).

Things like paint jobs and LED lighting may give it a modern touch..but as it's an early 70's model it will always be retro..and thats a good thing,ha ha.

Thanks TopGunner.Dean must have been pissed about Zipper's lighting...after he put so much effort into making it look as good as it does.I noticed the lights periodically cutting out at Traralgon too.I hope I get to see and ride Breakdance and Thunderbolt soon...hmmm,maybe I'll have to get to Melbou...
