Was just wondering whether anyone knows anything about the new Taipan ride which opened a few weeks ago. I'm yet to get down there and give it a go. I'm guessing it's a small roller coaster or waterslide?

Any info on it would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Ben

I am told they are two identical enclosed 'pipe' waterslides side by side, with a conveyor belt up the middle to carry the large round tubes back to the top (each tube holding 5 adults?) so it must be quite a wide slide - meant to be around 160 metres in length.

Jamberoo is becoming quite a decent waterpark.

Sounds great! I'm not really a big fan of water parks for some reason but I will head down there over the summer and check out Taipan I think. Thanks for the info!
