I heard about this a few weeks ago, sounded like a pretty big event. You guys going?

There was talk of doing a similar thing at Halloween with the ghost train and dark ride on Wittenoom Av

Geez, a great event, great lineup of rides. I'm guessing they attract a massive number of people. Hope the event goes well

Dont they do this in Victoria too, it is a great idea, considering we (on the boat) are incredibly busy for nearly a month with christmas parties, this sounds like fantastic alternative for all the family, so why does this not happen here in Sydney, or does it and I dont know.

Also on Sunday Dec 14 there is sposed to be rides at the local market at the Ballarat Showgrounds. They had an add on tv and they had a pic of a cha cha, dodgems and some kiddie rides. If someone bought their Zipper i would be very thrilled as i av never been on a Zipper. It will run from 9am-2pm and i will try and get down there to see wats around, but i cant promise cuz the weather forcast is lookin bad.

Yeah we have pretty much everything down there. We are fortunate enough to have our gear all set up in the "airconditioned" Robinson Pavilion....nice!

It's a well organised event and each company has a separate area where they can hire a marquee and food vouchers. They even have the option of having a Santa appear at a designated time.

Yeah Clay, not sure why the Nitro isn't there. Im not sure if it was there last year in the main oval? Can you remember?

Wasn't Crazy Dance sold to an operator in SA?

Hmm, thats what I was thinking, or the new operator could've brought it over for the job because the event organisers might've wanted to hire it like every other year. Thats just my guess

Get an ABN online http://www.abr.gov.au/ABR_BC/ (left hand side, top of the list)

It's not that difficult, I did my own years ago. You can download the forms for registering a business name on the BEP too http://www.business.gov.au/Business+Entry+Point/

Starting a business is easy, running one is the difficult part - I've been at it for over 4 years now.
