Small fair on Ridley Reserve

Post by Dazzleland »

Just saw something in the distance on Ridley Reserve while I was on a bus. So I got off and walked closer & I saw some fair rides including Dodgems, Dragon Wagon and a smaller Tilt-A-Whirl.
Here's the unpacking pics for a start!

Never known of another Tilt especially one that travels S.A. That's Girdler's track but dunno who owns the rest of the gear

Geez, judging by the age of the motor that runs the Tilt A Whirl, it looks like it was the second one to come off the production line. Check out the old steel wheels!

It's not the Tilt that came from Grundys in Surfers Paradise is it?

very detailed photos Dazzleland - thanks for sharing. That Tilt looks like an import from USA just like the Dragon Wagon. It looks good when all set up (clearly a lot of work)
