fantastic photos Hurri - thanks for sharing. Yes it sure is an overly complicated design with the lifting element.

The whole lifting "novelty" really does depend on the operator IMHO. Sometimes they don't run it that fast while it's lifting and other times they crank it to full speed. When it's going at full speed I will say it does add some interesting G's to the ride, but each to there own I guess.

great photos, thanks for that hurricane. I haven't been on cyber party but i think the lifting arms look great especially on overseas models, but i also see how you could think that it ruins a classic ride.

IMO it doesn't ruin a classic ride. It just gives it something that is different to anything we have seen in Australia. Sure it works mostly like a standard Breakdance, so you still get that ride sensation. But when it lifts up it's something that we and the general public have not seen on our shores until it was imported, so IMO it's a success really.

Hey Ekkafan03! We already have a travelling Polyp. It's called The Summer Party. You can see a picture of it in the 2 Carnivals & Ekka blog. I would love to see a KMG Discovery in Australaia because it's about time that we had another Top Spin/WipeOut ride! This is what KMG Discovery looks like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSmqZCCmWPk Enjoy!

Another few rides I would like to see are:

A Smashing Jump ! It could replace Techno Jump so we get something more thrilling ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvLv-rOrFR8&feature=plcp

And a ride like this ! Not sure what it is exactly but looks fun ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eueYEzoVzrU&feature=plcp

OK we desperately are in need of new Rollercoasters! It'd be epic to have Wilde Maus XXL and Olympia Looping in Australia.

Looks like it would be like the Space Roller. If it is I agree it would be fantastic to ride. I can not wait to go to the EKKA this weekend and ride on the Space Roller.

Most of those rides would be too big to travel here. Wittingslow wanted a HUSS Topspin but it was too big for our roads
