I don't think we have any in Australia but it would be at least 30yrs old (no longer made) - it was Chance's version of the tilt-a-whirl but simpler in design. Essentially it was like a flat version of an Octopus but the cars would go up a slight incline at the back. Each car would have 2 rows of 2 and it was on an unbalanced pivot point causing them to spin (but not at an angle like a breakdance) - with a maniac ride operator controlling the speed with a clutch lever, I've been told sitting in the back seat with it spinning at this speed is like having an elephant against your face as the G's are so strong, like in this video:
