Help me identify this...

In 2006, while I was going to my grandparents house, I saw a small carnival, which was on a small patch of land between Main North Road & Fairfield road in Elizabeth East. It featured a few rides including a Sizzler, a Venture Scat and the contreversial of all, an Eyerly Loop-O-Plane! Has anyone heard of it?
This was the first time I ever saw this one.
