The ferris wheel is a permanent fixture in Perth. Only gets used for the one week of the show. Its operated by a couple from Albany who also have a couple sideshow tents.

Sizzler has moved to the back street - Cattle Rd, where the claw was last year.

Went past the showgrounds today and they have started construction of the Python Loop rollercoaster. Summadayze and Southbound in WA both have some of Show Wests rides, usually the wave swinger... tends to be a hit when people are off their face!

I was in Melbourne in May and I took a photo of this one being constructed. Pretty impressive.
