I get guys like that former copper all the time when I'm towing my rides. They don't understand how much room you need and I've been overtaken on double white lines numerous times. Sometimes it is an accident that you cut someone off as sometimes your visibility isn't great or obscured.
The former copper is the one with the road rage because he "apparently got cut off" then pursued Dean to confront him. The road rage person is the one that gets cut off not the one doing the cutting off.
Nothing would have happened if the driver just continued on normally instead of committing road rage by stopping and getting out of his car to confront Dean.
