Well, the Greek Festival was on this weekend at Musgrave Park in Brisbane.

The ride list was as follows:
  • Extreme Speed Machine
    Cyber Party
    Super Jumper
    Kamikaze
    Energy Storm
    Avalanche (Miami)
    Bungee Tramps
    Space Ball
    Wave Swinger
    Graviton
    Dodgem Cars
    Various Kiddie Rides
Ride Reviews:

Cyber Party:

The ride was a good length, as smooth as it possibly could be. The ride was running very fast and went for a good 7 Minutes. My friends really liked the ride and preferred it Laurie's BreakDance. Overall a 9 / 10

Energy Storm:

This ride has seen better days, The cars have a new paint job with them being blue, red, green and yellow. The ride itself was very smooth and intense, but the ride was showing wear and tear. Alot of light bulbs were missing from the ride, and one of the fiberglass panel's on the cars were very loose and looked like it was going to fall off. The ride cycle isn't as good as it used to be. You go to 90 Degrees, spin and go back down, then go back up the full way and are only upside down for about 5 seconds before being sent back down. Overall the ride was fairly average.

6 / 10

Super Jumper:

The ride itself was in good condition, however the ride cycle was very short, about 3 / 4 minutes, and not many bounces. The bouncing however did hurt my legs due to having long legs.

Overall a 7.5 / 10

That was all the ride's I got to do due to lack of money but it was a fairly good line up.

At last a post worth reading. I'm thoroughly sick of being directed to porn and advertising websites. I don't suppose anything can be done to stop these spammers? :?:

Anyway, glad you had a good time Hurricane; definitely a fantastic ride lineup for a festival. I absolutely must try that Syber Party some time! I've heard nothing but good reviews about it and it'd have to be something special to beat Laurie's Breakdance which is one of my favourites.

I had heard the ES was looking a bit run down although it seemed to operate very well at the Hawkesbury Show several weeks ago.

I know what you mean about the advertising, but the Energy Storm has seen better days, thats for sure! I will say that I'm not a fan of the paintjob, and I think the fiberglass casing needs a bit of work. Cyber Party looks great, and the music is pumping.

I wasn't a fan of Super Jumper really, I much preferred the Techno Jump.

I have a quick question for Aussie Ride Broker, is the Super Jumper the old SBF one that got sold or is it Laurie's Techno Jump with a new name, because it had the Sartori badges on them?

Glad to see your post Hurricane, it has been awhile, isnt energy storm a TPA ride, cause it surprises me that it is looking a little worse for wear, usually they have their rides looking fantastic, unless money is an issue.

Ben I am sick of the spam as well, it does not seem to happen on any other sites, isnt there a firewall to stop these idiots, could this be done on purpose to muck up our site.
