LOL! So... you still up for this challenge Matt? ;)

And also... I didn't pay for that many rides on No Limit / Space Roller! I did have a few complimentary rides thrown in.

"Counterweight" Anyone?

Is the atmosphere etc. the same on the last day as it is the first, or do they start to wind down towards the end? Seems like a long time for the guys to operate flat out thats all...

Atmosphere is by FAR the best on the Ekka Public Holiday... but the Sideshow alleys are NOT for the Claustrophobic on that day

But the atmosphere is basically the same over the whole 10 days.

Yeah that's the same for the RES. Late on the last day is good because the crouds thin out and the showies are in party moods because it's nearly the end of two weeks solid work for them. It's also the best time to get extremely long and complimentary rides!

Hurricane you've impressed me again. One time we'll have to meet up and I will do my best to keep up with you; I just might be able to do it! Twenty times on No Limit? I don't think I could do that though, despite it being an unbelievably awesome ride that doesn't make you sick.

Make sure you try Sky Walker this year. A lot has been said about the uncomfortable harnesses but it doesn't detract much from the overall experience which is great! One ride is definitely enough though. :)

You have NO excuses now

Yes it'll be great to see the reviews this year, hopefully someone takes a heap of photos. I could probably go no limit 20 times but id probably get a saw groin and my manhood area would be in pain. Yeh definately give skywalker a go. Very fun, i wasnt to uncomfortable when i rode it at sydney

Sadly No Limit at Space Roller have the "Downstairs pain issue" which is NOT helped when they staple you in.

Thats the only thing I can find wrong with those rides, Damn those Mondial Harnesses :P

Hmmm, this conversation has seriously gone down hill.....

I noticed Princess had no comment.

I hate the fact that my chest is too broad compared to my waist and that they are unable to lock you in very well and you seem to flop around too much. I dont fancy injuries and bruising in certain areas of the body.

This year I hope to get on a larger range of rides.

I am looking forward to it guys. Bring on the EKKA!!

Great to hear your looking forward to it Mattie, yes i do remember you mentioning that your body type means you aren't held in secure enough. So your saying that the shoulder restrains on most rides come down to your shoulder and upper chest level but not far enough down to lock your stomach area in tight enough?

Yeah, from memory he said that the Kamikaze doesn't lock him in securley, but the hangover does. I find that odd because they seem to be the same harnesses :?

hey hurricane ,

my only comment is personal experience working the ride uno the 1 i mean,
but if u can bear the extra half to full click then u get the extra feeling of being locked in nice and tight. im exactly a small girl i have big shoulders and the firs few times on the ride it was just a standard click to close the harness then i got the extra click and it made the ride feel so much more enjoyable, and it didn't feel like you were half falling out.
so if you take that in to account it should be a nicer ride on those rides mattie and hurricane.

cheers kate
