I had to re-read the date on your post at first glance - I have no excuse not to go visit now. They should get a fairly decent 'easter holiday' crowd for the 2 weeks of Victorian school holidays.

Where did you find this out?

Great news! I also had to reread your post Huss. Is this the first time an easter carnival has been held at Rye? It's a fantastic idea and if the weather stays hot and fine, the crowds will be unbelievable!

You're soooo lucky having the Pirate Ship; I love that ride! Make sure you have a go for me. :)

Wittingslow used to have their Easter Carnival back in the early 90's, I think the last time was maybe 1993.... Its really cool.

Times are 6pm to about 11:30 every night, most likely they will be doing Happy Hour from 6-7pm with all rides 3 Tickets, and then 7-10pm wristband for $35...

will be good for showman who arent in Sydney to get on.... Wish Enterprise was back!

Yes busses run from Melbourne but I don't know how frequently. Another option I think is to catch the train to Frankston and then a bus from there. My apologies if that's wrong; I haven't been down that way for ages.

Ill try find Michael over the next two weeks and ask him about Enterprise, see what he says.
Yeah what I used to do was, Train to frankston, and then the SORRENTO bus from there, pretty easy, theres a bus stop right across from the carnival, so lookout for PIRATE, because you go past Rosebud carnival aswell (no its not running)

rye used to have back in the early 90's

Rainbow
Ranger (Huss)
Enterprise
Breakdance
Zipper
Matterhorn
Cha Cha

which was awesomeeee

2002 was the best, and they had:

Rainbow
Ranger (Fabbri)
Pirate
Zipper
Breakdance

I know Huss, don't make me cry! Sorry Huss I sometimes get emotional about stuff like that! If I had the money O'Neils Rainbow wouldn't be O'Neils Rainbow anymore, it would be Bensons Rainbow. Benson is my last name. I don't have a Amusement Ride Company, this is one of my dreams!

Yeah Benson's rainbow does have a nice ring to it. You've just got to get it back into Melbourne and Brisbane; otherwise you'll anger a lot of AAF members.

sorry mate, id buy it off O'Neills first... and restore it to what it SHOULD look like. Also would order new rays from HUSS, and backdrop, and see if Wittingslow still had the angels.
