I wont be up there to set up all our gear ( ) until next weekend.

Mark, what do the layout changes look like on the ground? I've just looked at the official map online and it's basically the same as last year iirc.

the layout has changed heaps, they have taken the two middle streets out... we have lost a lot of ground and so has most of the other WA operators... but not the place to discuss it on here... we just hope that with less ground means less competition and more money being spent in sideshow alley...

however with the recession i am really unsure as to how this years show will be.

took a couple more photos today.

Thanks for more photos.

So what's the layout now? Is it just that street the Python Loop is on then one street through the middle where the 2 streets used to be?

Didn't think the Superbowl was still in Australia? ,hadn't heard much about it for so long. It only came to Rocky once or twice, the first time in about 2000 and one of the operators was telling us they were still learning how to assemble it as Rocky was one of it's first appearances. The football in the centre of the platform is a good way of hiding the fold up crane assembly for lifting the carriages. It was one of the better rides around at the time. Would like to see it over this way again.

Yeh came to Hawkesbury once as I've said before. That was when Phillip Durkin had the ownership of it and that was probably his ride when it was up at Rocky. Vee, Coinking or mmk does the ride do many events in Perth?

Sorry, I did not look at the youtube clip, looks like there should be a height restriction on this, so have Showtime bought this?

No Mark Yeade has bought this. Creeper that wrote in the public forum made a mistake as it's Yeade's, not Showtime's

Not new, been in WA for a while - at least 5 years perhaps, I couldn't recall beyond that.

It's recently changed hands so who knows what it's future holds...

Pretty sure Superbowl first came to Aus (from Asia) around 1999-2000.

Well that would be from the horses mouth then, I thought Bronson Little was also Showtime, or it this an independent move.

Thanks for clearing that up Mark. Didn't know you and Bronson co-owned the ride. Do you have any photos of it you could share?

So Lew owns it. Then what's going on with Yeade saying he owns the ride. And wasn't their someone else that was looking at buying the Mixer. I remember another showmen telling me earlier in the year that there was another showmen who was looking at buying the machine
