Good work Dazzleland nice shots. As for the visibility vest - any Bunnings or workwear store (cheap one shouldn't cost you more than $10)

I shouldv'e put my visibility vest on in the first place. I was trying to stay safe, like you. My parents thought I could've got in the way and hurt.

Like I said if you do go wear the hi-vis and just have common sense. Eg. stay out of the path of vehicles, stay out of areas where cranes are operating and don't get heaps close if any works going on

What sort of radius do paviers do? I no there from central coast

Yes Paviers are an institution around the Central coast and do many local fates as well as a small carnival at the Entrance every year as well as Mingara and other local locations. Their Surfs Up ride often travels with Goldenway and does a much wider area. Pavier's rides are well maintained and the atmosphere at their carnivals is good. They have an extremely old Tilt that runs very fast and a decent Cha Cha, known as the Twister. They also had an excellent Paratrooper and Octopus, Temple of Doom and Haunted House known as Sky Raider but I don't know where they are now. I'm sure someone on here knows!

Surf's Up doesn't travel with Goldenway, Brenton himself travels his own rides. That's his Wizard's Flight and Wave Rider which are both pictured above. Both of which are smaller versions of the Matterhorn and Musik Express and one of their kinds in Australia.
Don't think they own a Til-a-Whirl Ben and their Twister is an S&W Storm ride, they now apparently own a Wisdom Sizzler. Sky Raider is just a Fun Factory not a Hunted House

Surf's Up even has a 'flying saucer' hitch, which fits into a large ring type hitch on the back of the Mack truck.

I think Surfs Up is a great family ride and appears to be popular at the RES each year.

Yes TG you're right about Sky Raider being a fun factory. It's been ages since I've been in there! There's definitely a tilt on Pavier's attraction list and it's a great old ride too.

Can't wait to hear more about Adelaide as it draws closer. Won't get over there unfortunately but AAF is the next best thing.

don;t worry guys, ill take video's and photos on my breaks.... cannot wait to be there! if rainbow, zipper, pirate and enterprise were there, it would be australia's best show!!!

No Limit's booth looks interesting, almost like the original one... always wondered why it didn't get shipped over from Holland with the ride... shame

Can't wait for your videos Huss. Any word on what ride if any is replacing Crazy Coaster? I'm sure the Big Dipper will benefit from its absense. BD is a pretty good coaster with a nice drop and good turns. The last bit of track near the end of the ride needs some oil though as it's a bit noisy.

Interesting to see Claw made it on again. Is Adelaide the only capital it does now?

Agree with you about the Big Dipper Huss. It's a shame that coaster doesn't travel. I don't think it'd be any harder than galaxy/Taipan to transport would it? I wonder whether it can be hired out for other events at the showground throughout the year.

Big Dipper has been doing well, always has a line - yesterday they were running a 12 person train every 50 seconds @ $10 a ticket continuously for hours on end.

Space Roller (as usual) had a line and was doing well - not as busy as the Big Dipper though!

Disc'O seams to be doing okay, not great though - very short ride cycles as well...

Mega Drop was running pretty light loads even at peak

Juarasic Coaster looks good/popular - theming is coming along nicely, and the families love buying those $10 photos  such a great idea for a family coaster

Extreme was busy as well and doing much better than the Power Surge which seams to have lost its appeal

CarnEvil was popular, and as was The Haunted Hotel - CarnEvil probably a bit more so due to its location/fantastic facade.

Sky Walker seamed quiet when I went past at peak?

- Any one working this year's Show? i'll come by and say hey :)

I honestly don't know - I haven't ridden it yet, it doesn't seam to pick up much speed?

I can't believe how fast the Extreme goes! What an amazing ride - imagine if it went up just a bit higher....

The location for No Limit is pretty average compared to Speed's location - such happens Speed is pulling much bigger crowds simply because (IMO) people 1) haven't seen No Limit before and 2) don't know to go look for it because most people can only see a metre in front of themselves
