Help me to ID this Big Wheel

It is a cable driven Big Wheel at Victor Harbour, but does anyone know the manufacturer or owner of this one?

Think that could be Daryl Girdler's wheel? May be wrong

Yes I think you may be correct. It's a great wheel, built on its own trailer here in Australia.

Where else does it operate at?
