Theme Park Studio

Post by Mixerholic »

There's a very promising game/tool that just got the beta released. It's called Theme Park Studio. If you're wondering why I am talking about this random game is because it is going to blow the amusement park genre away. CUSTOM FLAT RIDE CREATOR :D Also the Turbo is in the game. There will be rollercoasters in the game at a later point, but at the moment it's just got the architectural tools. Please have a geeser at what this has to offer. The other flat rides available at the moment are a Double Story Carousel, Matterhorn (the proper old school and far more superior version), Ferris Wheel, Intamin Gyro Swing, Intamin 1st Gen Drop Tower, Hurricane and Chance Turbo. Just a heads up, the rides are static at the moment, but the rides will be active and ready to ride in the next phase, also the CFR creator will be up and running then too. If any of this interests you check out these links. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ThemeParkStudio?ref=br_tf

I am a ride operators dream or nightmare...you decide.

I backed this during the Kickstarter campaign,it does look very good.Other flat rides that had short preview videos early on were a Huss Troika and a Mondial Topscan.Looks as though they're hoping to implement things like money management and goals/mini games, much like RCT.

I've also been keeping an eye on this one as well.. I'd love to see a Chance Zipper and many other classics too.... good to see the Turbo, but too me it's not that accurate really (it's close but, the cages appear oversized)

Anyway, it's good that this is finally out and I for one do look forward to seeing how it all develops. I'm not getting it yet though... it's a wait and see for me for the moment.
