Yeah,the ride motion is the same...in terms of height they're more or less the same,I think Freak Out has 2 or 3 metres on Hard Rock,negligible really.Be interesting to see if there's much of a difference in the ride experience.

Will be good to see it here, personally i think Hard Rock will still give a better ride just from watching videos of the two. I'm sure the ride will be pretty popular here aswell suprised it's taken this long for another Afterburner type ride to come downunder

This model will also feature KMG's new harness system (Lap Bar's only) Does anyone know who B+B Amusements is / where they travel?

Only lap bars on a ride like that? Stuff that I was really hanging onto the harness on Hard Rock and still felt like I was going to fall out lol

B&B amusement have joints- pop a balloons and catch a ducks
they do the nth run and vic runs

Interesting point raised. I actually love the Hard Rock! It's harness keeps you in enough, you can't fall really (it's completely safe), and having no lap bar holding you down means air which makes it heaps of fun. Now to the KMG Freak Out, I'm really looking forward to seeing and trying this one out.

FINALLY! something bright and colourful, the midways are starting to be full of the same few colours these days! looks like one of the nicest FREAK OUT's around! the lap bars look sh** scary, but it will be fun to see how it goes against Hard Rock, seeing as that is all we've known since 2003.

Oh boy! I always wanted to try the KMG Freak Out. Lap bars instead of shoulder restraints, that's gonna be freaking fun and awesome! This is definitely a beauty, like so many KMG rides. I hope to see that and the other Huss Rainbow at next year's RES!
