Thanks Zamperla.Thanks Pee Wee.

Great to also see Bells classic Kenworths. That slimline cabover is a rarety these days.

Adelaide is a great show. Now probably but sadly better than the Ekka.

Peewee has been back at the grounds for some more set up photos and has even taken some aerials from the Skymaster. Enjoy.

A few vids of the unpacking would be better too!
Do you know where the trucks & auxillary trailers are stored during the show days?

I'd say most of the trucks would be stored at the big park nearby that is also used for general public parking (can't remember the name of the park)

Videos take a LOT of time, easier said than done, but some of the best set-up videos ever done were by HUSSRainbow during Melbourne Moomba 2010. You can find these in previous posts here or by checking out http://www.youtube.com/user/OzRides08#p ... Nl_dsKUNcY.

Again great photos.

Some operators leave the trucks at a caravan park near Glenelg.

I am not any sort of expert, but there seems to be a very long way between wheels on the Mixer trailer and the prime mover, for what would look like a long load??? I know someone will explain this to me, but sort of looks like there should be another set in there somewhere

Hmmm... I also find it stupid that Thunderbolt and Rock n Roll are almost set up diagonally from each other...

Great set-up photos, cheers for the post Zamperla and thanks to Peewee. Especially the aerial shots, good over-look of the set-up. Interesting looking trailer the Mixer's on and surely they could've sited Rock N Roll on another street instead of opposite Bell's Thunderbolt. Girdler's Ali Baba is looking fantastic also

Bob Lawrence's Wave Swinger isn't permanent, but it is only used once a year for the Adelaide Show. The Big Dipper looping coaster still looks great, It is really underutilized though.

The Sky Diver & Chaos used to operate here in the past years.
Is the Chaos still in Australia?

What is the weather going to be like on the show days? I hope it's not going to be too wet, otherwise I am going to miss out.
BTW, do you pay money or use tickets to go on the rides?
My mother is not a very intellegent person.
Does anyone know how much they cost?

How about checking BOM (Bureau of Meterology's) website.
Umm well you pay money to get tickets to go on the rides...
And tickets for the bigger rides will range from around $6-$15 and $30 for the Slingshot

So many showbags to choose that I sometimes get confused.
In the past years, I chose Hubba Bubba, Cadbury's, Smiths, Red Rock Deli, etc.
